Ashley Widtfeld is addicted to fitness; running, hiking and lifting weights. But, she’s limited in her abilities, not only by her thirty-year-old knees, but by her addiction to smoking.

Widtfeld fell into the habit of smoking cigarettes from peer pressure and the hopes of weight loss when she was 12. In her early 20’s she was able to shake the habit, but working a stressful job and the phrase, “I only smoke when I’m drinking,” pulled her right back to having nightly smokes.
